At the University of Agder, students and staff collaborate every day with both public and private sectors to find solutions that improve our world. With campuses in both Kristiansand and Grimstad, UiA consists of 6 faculties and 23 departments and has roots stretching back over 190 years.

Sørlandet Hospital

Norse Atlantic Airways

Norse Atlantic Airways AS is a Norwegian airline headquartered in Arendal that launched in March 2021, a new long-haul airline that will offer affordable tickets on transatlantic routes. Norse Atlantic Airways will serve the intercontinental market with modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

Grimstad Municipality

Grimstad is a town and municipality in the county of Agder, and is the largest agricultural municipality in southern Norway. The municipality also hosts several shipping and offshore-related companies, an active coastal fishing fleet and several international high-tech firms, including IT and telecom companies.

Kilden

Business Region Kristiansand

Invites business, academia and the public sector to collaborate on joint projects for business development and growth in the region. The goal is to facilitate sustainable value creation for business, visitors and residents. Business Region Kristiansand is also responsible for Kristiansand municipality's internal business work, such as case processing and analysis.
